Mesbah Uddin Ahmed

Mesbah brings over 30 years of expertise as a graphics designer, audio-visual artist, & press manager from the Agricultural Information Service (AIS) of the Ministry of Agriculture. His creative brilliance spans painting, sculpture, printmaking, murals, & interior design, blending artistry with innovation. Beyond the canvas, he’s a passionate theatre artist, lending his talent to radio, television, & cinema. A true maestro of design, Mesbah transforms ideas into breathtaking realities, where creativity meets technology.

Nusrat Jahan Khadija

Nusrat plays a vital role in managing UX Design BD’s most valuable asset—its people. As head of HR, she ensures a motivated and skilled workforce while aligning employees with the company’s goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Recruiting and onboarding skilled professionals for design, development, and marketing roles. Employee Development: Organizing training, workshops, and initiatives to enhance skills and boost morale. Performance & Culture: Managing KPIs, providing feedback, promoting collaboration, and fostering a positive workplace. Conflict & Compliance: Resolving disputes fairly and managing HR policies, payroll, and legal compliance. Team Coordination: Aligning workforce with company strategy and coordinating team-building activities.

He has worked as a business consultant in Canada for 10 years and also helped International companies benefit from his outsourcing business skills from Bangladesh for past 15 years.
